Have you even woken up one morning thriving for change? Made a mental plan to eat better, exercise more and get out of the house every now and then but then that wave of depression hits and you're back to square one, wishing it could just flow the way you wanted, just for a little bit. I bow down to anyone who can jump out of bed at 5am and spring into action but then again, we are all unique and different people and that's what makes this world such a wonderful but dark place.
Now, I've never been one to write a blog or whatever this could be bug I'll try and hopefully help people like many of you have helped me. Xox
